The hotel had pros like a wonderful location with easy access to the village shopping area and good value for breakfast. However, the room assignment wasn't as requested, and the absence of an elevator on the fourth floor posed a challenge for us being in our 60s.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were unbearably hot, but after servicing them in the morning, they were very clean and beautiful. The service was among the most efficient and professional I've encountered on my travels, with friendly staff who served us well. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Fussen old town and within walking distance of the main attractions. The dining options were plentiful, although I did have a strange tasting salad at the hotel restaurant. Overall, I enjoyed my time here.
